Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worldra.app, purchases of Worldra Pro, and related support (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Worldra is a Pixla Games app, separate from Pixla's other products. Pixla's platform Terms of Service — which govern Pixla Hosting, Pixla Mail and the Pixla websites — do not apply to Worldra. The Worldra application itself is governed by the Worldra End User License Agreement; our handling of personal data is described in the Worldra Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to purchase Worldra Pro. Worldra and worldra.app require no account.
2. Definitions
- "Software" means the Worldra application, governed by the Worldra End User License Agreement.
- "Pro" means the optional paid features of the Software, sold as an in-app purchase through the Mac App Store.
- "Services" means worldra.app, purchases of Pro, and support we provide for Worldra.
3. Description of the Services
worldra.app describes the Software and links to where it can be obtained. Pro adds features for making scenes in quantity — batch generation from recipe files, scripted export, and variants of a scene in one run to the Software. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Purchases
Pro is sold by Apple through the Mac App Store, at the price shown there. Apple processes the payment and is responsible for billing, taxes it collects, and refunds, under the App Store's terms; Pixla never receives your payment details. Requests for a refund go to Apple. A purchase is tied to the Apple account it was made with and can be restored on any Mac signed in to that account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
(a) violate any law or regulation, or infringe any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Services or their infrastructure, or circumvent security controls; or
(c) engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable burden on the Services or on the providers that run them.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, design, and Pixla trademarks, are owned by Pixla and its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted. You may not use Pixla's trademarks without prior written permission. Feedback you provide may be used by Pixla without restriction or obligation to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third parties: Apple (the Mac App Store and in-app purchases) and Pixla Hosting, which runs on Fly.io and Cloudflare (the website). Your use of the Services may be subject to those providers' terms, and their availability may affect the Services.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided without any uptime commitment. We may perform maintenance, and may suspend the Services as needed to protect their integrity or security.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or restrict your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for Pixla, or use the Services in a way that harms others or our infrastructure. Sections 6 and 10 through 16 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PIXLA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXLA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. PIXLA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR PRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixla and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Pixla's handling of personal data is described in the Worldra Privacy Policy at https://worldra.app/privacy, incorporated by reference.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state and federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and the parties consent to jurisdiction there.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Worldra End User License Agreement and the Worldra Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pixla regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Nothing here creates a partnership or agency relationship.
